Yes. The separate laptop bay takes a 14-16" laptop comfortably, keeping it flat against the back panel and away from everything else you carry.
For a laptop, tablet, tiffin, bottle and the daily bits, comfortably. For gym kit on top, size up to the Drift Backpack (17 L).
Wipe the shell with a damp cloth and mild soap. No machine wash. The PU logo patch just needs a quick wipe.

It has a water-repellent finish, which is what most people mean by water resistant. Light rain and splashes bead up and roll off, and the shell wipes dry in seconds. It is not waterproof and the top is open when unzipped, so do not leave it out in a downpour.
