Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example, due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. We will refund any amount already paid if we cannot fulfil an order.

Payment

We accept online payments through PayU (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets), via our checkout partner GoKwik, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

Shipping, returns & cancellation

These are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

The hybeks name, logo, designs, images, and website content are our property and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Acceptable use

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, hybeks is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Valsad, Gujarat.
