Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship across India. (International shipping is not available yet.)

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 5 to 10 days of being placed, via our courier partner Delhivery. Remote pin codes may take a little longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders across India. There is no minimum order value.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders for a flat COD fee of ₹99 per order. We verify COD orders by one-time password before dispatch.

For some orders, a small advance payment may be requested online, with the balance paid in cash on delivery. If this applies, the exact amounts are shown to you at checkout before you place the order.

Order tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link and AWB number by email or SMS so you can follow your order.

Delays

We're not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control, but we'll always help you track and resolve issues.

Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please enter your address and contact details correctly. If a parcel is returned to us due to a wrong address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
