Where we ship

We currently ship across India. (International shipping is not available yet.)

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, via our courier partner Delhivery. Remote pin codes may take longer.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999; a flat ₹49 applies below that.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders for a flat COD fee of ₹99 per order. We may verify COD orders by call or message before dispatch.

Order tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link/AWB by email or SMS to follow your order.

Delays

We're not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control, but we'll always help you track and resolve issues.

Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please enter your address and contact details correctly. If a parcel is returned to us due to a wrong address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
