This Cancellation Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all orders placed on https://hybeks.com, operated by Maitrak Essentials Private Limited ("hybeks").
Cancelling before dispatch
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Email support@hybeks.com or message +91 79845 26943 with your order number and we will confirm your cancellation within 24 hours.
Refund timelines
- Prepaid orders: refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation being confirmed.
- Cash on Delivery orders: nothing has been paid, so the order is simply not dispatched and there is nothing to refund.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, or return the item under our Return & Refund Policy within 10 days of delivery.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Where this happens we will inform you and refund any amount already paid within 5–7 business days.
